It was a pleasure last night to be invited to 22nd Guides to present Sylvie with her ’Gold Award’. this is one of the highest awards a Guide can receive and Sylvie has earned every bit of it.
A member of Girlguiding for over 10 years! Starting as a young shy Rainbow and progressing through to be a Braver Brownie and a Great Guide and now the next step of moving up to Rangers.
She has faced fears, tried new things, camped and has even travelled internationally with Guides she didn’t know. I have known Sylvie for many years so I was so proud and delighted to present her with this award.
Good luck in Rangers and for all the adventures ahead.
